3kvi Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 3kvi platform and all of its services. By accessing the 3kvi.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3kvi is an online entertainment platform that provides online betting, casino games, and related services for users in Bangladesh. Our platform is secured with SSL encryption and operated in accordance with fair play principles.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials, password, and account details safe and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the 3kvi support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.
• Always log out after you are done using your account.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. 3kvi is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is proven to have been caused by a security failure on 3kvi's own part.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

The 3kvi platform currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, delays may occur in some cases due to identity verification or account review.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned only to the payment method used at the time of deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 3kvi reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold if fraud is suspected.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

3kvi offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 10 times the original bonus amount must be completed.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and expiry date, which will be stated on the relevant promotions page.
• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• If bonus abuse or bonus-hunting behavior is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• 3kvi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• In the event of a dispute related to bonuses, the decision of 3kvi management will be considered final.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the 3kvi platform are conducted in accordance with specific rules. Each game has its own rules and conditions, which are set out in detail on the relevant game page.

• Once a bet or game round has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• 3kvi reserves the right to cancel a round if a technical error has affected the outcome.
• 3kvi is not liable for any loss caused by a loss of internet connection.
• Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, and these must be observed.

Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports events, results are determined on the basis of the official announcement by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed or cancelled, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3kvi platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploiting software errors.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Behaving inappropriately toward or threatening other users.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to meet bonus requirements.
• Operating an account on behalf of any third party.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

3kvi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• If the account was registered using false or fictitious information.
• If the account holder is found to be below the required age limit.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account, contact the 3kvi support team via live chat or email. Before submitting a closure request, any outstanding wagering requirements must be met and the available balance must be withdrawn.

9 Limitation of Liability

3kvi provides its platform services on an "as is" basis. 3kvi accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or unauthorized third-party access.
• Delays caused by service disruptions from third-party payment providers.
• Financial loss resulting from gaming or betting activity — this is the user's own responsibility.
